Join together for a fun day at Valleyfair!
Ages and Expectations:
*Those under age 12 must have a parent/guardian attend with them and be with them and responsible for them for the entirety of the event.
*Those 12 and over will remain in small groups. Each small group will need to have at least one cell phone between them and phone numbers shared with Leisha, CYF Innovator, for regular checkins.
*Adults will be present and available the entirety of the time in the park and every group will have cell phone access at any point, along with multiple personal checkins during the day.
Do you have a season pass?
If you have a season pass and would like to join us, the cost for transportation/parking is $15. If you would like unlimited beverages, that cost is $18. Please sign up on the CYF Board and turn in your payment to register.
*Sack lunch (we will have coolers available and will eat together mid-day) and money for dinner in the park. If you prefer to purchase your lunch in the park too, we still ask you to join us for the group lunch and check-in.
*If you care to play any games or buy souvenirs/food, you need to bring extra money with you. However, you are responsible for any money you choose to bring.
*Swimsuit and towel if you want to use the waterpark.
*Offsite Permission Form if you do not already have one on file. This is required to attend. Can be found online here:
Personal cost per participant: $50.00
Includes day pass, unlimited beverage wristband or souvenir mug (participants choice), transportation and parking. CYF Ministries is covering the cost that is above and beyond the $50 in hopes to make the event more affordable.

Checks made out to “OSLC” with “Valleyfair – [participant name]” in the memo and placed in the “Children Youth Family” box on the wall behind the reception desk or mailed to OSLC, Attn: Leisha Tays.
Cash can be placed in an envelope labeled “Valleyfair – [participants name]” and placed in the “Children Youth Family” box on the wall behind the reception desk.
Payment is your registration for the event. After May 28, talk to Leisha to see if there are spots remaining.
