Minnesota has three phone information linkage lines that assist citizens with free, statewide information, referral, and assistance. It is an extensive data base that allows staff to look for resources in your area. It also offers assistance with state and federal programs such as: Medical Assistance, Medicare, and Social Security. Call:

The Gathering at Linwood Covenant Church
2nd and 4th Mondays, 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

Memory Café
Usually the last Friday of each month, 10:00-11:30 a.m.
Memory Café provides a comfortable and engaging environment where people with memory loss and their care partners can laugh, learn, and remain socially connected with others traveling the same journey. Where: The Landmark, 6490 Central Ave NE., Fridley.
North Anoka County Emergency Food Shelf (NACE)
and Clothing Closet
Located at 18511 Hwy 65 NE, Suite 200, East Bethel (Stone Brothers’ Building), the NACE Food Shelf reaches out to families in need in the north Anoka County area. Open hours are:
- Mondays, 9 a.m.-12 p.m.
- Tuesdays 5-8 p.m.
- Wednesdays,1-4:30 p.m.
- Thursdays, 8:00-11:00 a.m.
NACE, in partnership with all available and willing resources, strives to curb suffering from hunger in our communities by providing balanced nutrition to all people who are truly in need. You are welcome to visit the food shelf every 60 days. They ask that for each adult in the household you bring an I.D. and a piece of mail with your current address. The last number for distribution will be given out 15 minutes prior to close. Be sure to arrive early.

The Clothing Closet is located at the same location as NACE Food Shelf (see above). The Clothing Closet welcomes families who are in need. All clothing is free of charge.
