Kay Carlson

Bookkeeper/Office Administrative Assistant

Kay joined Our Saviour's in October 1998 and the church staff in November 1999.

Kay is married to Kevin Carlson and they have three children, Jessica, Amanda, and Jake.

Before coming to Our Saviour's, Kay and her family were members of Lutheran Church of the Master in Brooklyn Center. The Carlsons attended Our Saviour's for six years before becoming members.

Kay has been nurtured at Our Saviour's by becoming involved with the kids. She has taught Sunday School, been a Confirmation Guide, and got involved with the Good Friday Drama and youth Bible studies.

When asked what her passion in life is Kay said, "Working and playing with the kids; watching them grow, learn, and mature."

Something that might surprise you about Kay is that she enjoys going deer hunting with her kids and brothers.

Asked what she would do with a free day to do anything she wanted, Kay said, "Read or sew."
