Audit Team

The Auditing Team is responsible for carrying out an annual audit of all financial records of the church and committees, preparing an audit committee report, and presenting it to the congregation at the Annual Meeting. This is an elected position. Is this a small group?

OSLC Chapel/Cemetery Committee

Is this a small group? This group helps to maintain the Chapel and cemetery in Ham Lake. Jobs include placing flags on veterans' graves on appropriate days; helping with spring cleanup; hooking up the pump; keeping water in barrels; cutting and trimming grass, trees, shrubs, etc.; making any necessary repairs to the Chapel. Finance Team

The Finance Team, along with Church Staff, is responsible for drafting a budget for the succeeding year, which is submitted to the Church Council for approval. This committee reviews all the financial affairs of the congregation to make sure that they are being conducted efficiently, giving attention to the prompt payment of all obligations and oversees congregational investments. Human Resource Team

Is this a small group? The HR Team is responsible for staff members reviews and making salary recommendations to the Finance Committee for the preparation of the proposed budget. It is also responsible for the interviewing and hiring of staff members other than Pastoral positions, as well as following appropriate disciplinary procedures in the case of staff conflict. This is an elected position.

Stewardship Team

The committee helps us, as members, to more clearly see how important it is to us, as individuals, to contribute freely of our talents and resources. Stewardship maintains that our spiritual gifts, freely offered, are of primary importance to the life and mission of Our Saviour's, and it is of primary importance to the spiritual growth of our members that they freely offer their gifts. The committee stresses that to achieve its mission, Our Saviour's needs the involvement of all of our members, young and old. People of varied skills: artistic, writing, verbal, math, computer, etc., would be welcomed as committee members.

Endowment Committee

Is this a small group? The Endowment Team promotes, governs, and manages accumulated, inherited, and appreciated resources such as bequests in wills, charitable gift annuities, etc. This is an elected position.
