In addition, the Hard Hats have raised funds and organized work groups to complete major projects for the church. Some of the projects this group has done: roofed the Hammarberg Room at the Ministry Center; repaired and painted rooms at both the Jackson St. site and Ministry Center; maintained the lawn, removed dead trees, and planted over 100 trees; built the outdoor deck; removed old siding, furnace, and oil storage tank from the OSLC Chapel; organized a bluebird house project the Confirmation classes and much, much more. Hard Hats Ministry will do miscellaneous duties that are needed around all three church sites.
